Jason Deglint

Jason Deglint is the Director of Computer Vision at Miovision, where he leads the development of AI-driven solutions for global multimodal traffic analysis. With a strong background in computer vision and deep learning, he has successfully founded and led technology startups such as Blue Lion and WaveBase, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence to environmental and medical sectors. Jason holds a PhD in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where he currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. He has been widely recognized for his entrepreneurial and technical achievements, most notably receiving the MITACS Global Impact Entrepreneur Award for his work in commercializing research for positive global impact.
