Michelle McCarthy is the Director of Supplier Engagement at Kinetic GPO, bringing over 20 years of expertise in supply chain and procurement to the team. Since joining in July 2018, she has become known for her infectious energy and her unwavering belief that any goal is attainable through a clear vision and dedicated collaboration.
An honors graduate of Conestoga College’s Business Administration, Materials and Operations Management program, Michelle’s career is defined by high-impact leadership. She successfully built a procurement department for a private construction firm from the ground up and later transitioned to the packaging industry where she earned a Six Sigma Green Belt, and travelled to plants facilitating Kaizen events and leading DMAIC projects to drive operational excellence.
Today, Michelle blends this technical mastery with a vibrant, collaborative spirit to inspire the GPO community and foster innovative, value-driven partnerships.
