Fortran Traffic Systems Limited

Fortran is your source for total transportation solutions. Fortran’s Fastracs, which is built upon the T2000C second-by-second real-time ATMS, provides a centralized, integrated ITS platform. In addition to systems integration, Fortran offers a complete controller product line (NEMA TS2 Type 1 through 2070N ITS controllers) and is the #1 manufacturer and distributor of traffic signals in Canada. ITS deployments utilize Fortran-supplied optical detectors and signal preemption devices to reduce emergency response time and improve transit vehicle timeliness. Committed to cutting-edge ITS research and development, Fortran is a permanent representative on the University of Toronto’s new ITS Advisory Board.
