Global Director, Digital Transportation \u2014 Arcadis<\/p>\n

Usha Elyatamby is the Global Director for Digital Transportation, responsible for shaping the strategy, growth, and delivery of a global portfolio of digital solutions serving both public and private sector clients across the transportation ecosystem. She leads the advancement of intelligent transportation systems and digital infrastructure, driving innovation to address complex mobility challenges while enhancing safety, operational efficiency, and long-term infrastructure value.<\/p>\n

With nearly three decades of international experience, Usha has delivered transformative projects across multiple countries. Her expertise spans large-scale capital investments and turnkey solutions, where she has provided leadership across technical delivery, operations, and strategic advisory roles. Her work focuses on aligning technology investment with business outcomes\u2014optimizing cost structures, improving operational performance, and maximizing return on infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Her leadership is grounded in a strong understanding of both emerging technologies and market disruptors. She combines this insight with a practical approach to digital transformation, helping clients define and execute forward-looking technology roadmaps for infrastructure development, renewal, and operations. Across the full project lifecycle, she emphasizes innovation, value, constructability, operability, and maintainability\u2014ensuring solutions are resilient, adaptable, and future-ready.<\/p>\n

Usha has also played a significant role in industry leadership and knowledge-sharing. She has been actively involved with ITS Canada for over 15 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors of ITS Canada.<\/p>\n

Through her work, Usha continues to champion sustainable, technology-enabled transportation systems that respond to the evolving demands of cities and communities worldwide.<\/p><\/div>\n
